The old town of Rockport was abandoned back in the 1950s as the Rockport Reservoir was created, flooding the area where the town existed. The 27 families that still lived there had to relocate and many of the buildings were moved to be preserved for history.
The water was so low in the summer of 2021 that it was possible to see many of the old foundations left behind so many years ago. Shot on a Mavic 2 Pro.
