There are ways to legally fly your drone above 400 feet.
In this video i show you one way to fly not only above 400 feet but above the clouds.
The FAA states you can fly 400 feet above the structure and within 400 feet out of that structure. in this case it is a mountain peak. You also are suggested to have line of site. in this case i flew between sets of clouds tucking in and out and splicing it together later to appear the way you see it here. This works with buildings, radio towers, and more.
