Description
The MH-60 series of helicopters are a highly modified version of the standard US Army Black Hawk, they are flown exclusively by the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR) The primary mission of the MH-60 Black Hawk helicopters were designed to provide medium and utility helicopter support to special operations forces such as Navy Seals, Delta Force and 75th Army Ranger, across a wide range of environmental conditions These aircraft feature several modifications: Forward Looking Infra-Red (FLIR) allowing for low-level all-weather day/night flying, variety of offensive weapons systems including 2 window mounted M134 Minigun, advanced GPS/Inertial navigation and other mission specific systems.
